Sub-processors
Evarist (Wisepops) uses the following sub-processors to provide the service. They process personal data only to perform the functions described below.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud infrastructure: hosting, data storage, and processing of event data | us-east-1 (United States) |
| Cloudflare | Edge network (content delivery, DNS, and security) for the Evarist web application, and rendering of the customer's own public web pages to analyse their site structure | Global (United States) |
| Postmark | Transactional and magic-link sign-in email | United States |
| Anthropic (Claude API) | AI features: generating a business profile (the “carnet”) from your website’s public pages, suggesting event tags, and generating analytics insights from query results over your traffic data — used to tailor the assistant’s suggestions and reports; no visitor PII is sent | United States |
Not sub-processors
When you connect your own AI client (e.g. claude.ai) to Evarist, that AI provider processes data under your own arrangement with them, as your processor — not ours. (Evarist's own server-side use of the Anthropic API for the AI features above is the listed sub-processor.)
MaxMind GeoIP runs locally on our own servers to derive an approximate country, and the visitor's IP address is masked before storage, so it is not a sub-processor either.
